Now i had to go somewhere else & waste a full day tomorrow. So thanks "Best"Buy. You're essentially robbed me of $600 of missed pay & you've stressed me for no reason.

I recently SCHEDULED an appointment inline to get my wife an automatic starter installed.

I am usually bad at getting presents for my wife & she is awesome. Sothis year i thought i had the best gift.

I was at the store ONE HOUR EARLY Because i had not purchased the remote starter since i wantsd to speak to the installer about which one would work best for the car we have.

I will never recommend their teams. GO TO TEAM NUTZ they're much more organized & much better with customer se

1. You could have called a few days earlier. I took a day off of work (i own my own business, but i do run it & perform much of the work)

Where else can you purchase 2 screen protectors that are out of stock have them price matched almost in half and have them shipped to your house for free? But wait Best Buy Customer Service also be told us to return the screen protectors to the store and have the Best Buy Customer Service Personnel installed for free? I don't believe Amazon can do that!

Good store but the employees will lie to u to make a buck. I bought a phone. Paid for the insurance they told me if anything happens at all they would replace it on the spot. Well I paid 20 dollars to replace my phone. I get sent a empty box. I paid for nothing I need the phone to transfer everything. It really pisses me off because I would of never paid for insurance which was 30 bucks for my phone because its pointless. Also I would of never paid 20 bucks to get empty box. Absolutely absurd and really disappointing please if u work under the phone department please understand your job and thank u for wasting $50 on the holidays.

Well, as i drive & park at the store, i have a missed call from a random number. I call back, & it isthwir install team telling me they've cancelled my appointment because i didnt answer my phone 5 minutes beforehabd & since i hadn't purchased an automatic starter, they didn't know ig they had the right parts to install it.

I had absolutely the best interaction with a young man named Steve. He helped a great deal in finding an appropriate laptop for my young grandson and was professional, friendly and completely owned all of my parameters for the type of laptop I wanted for this child. Perfect transaction in every way.

Quick service, salesman wasn't pushy. But at end of our purchase he did not say thank you, so I told him he was welcome anyway
