I like Macy's. This store isn't bad. But it's in a mall that is not doing well. I noticed an odd smell in the store and I would have closed this location over downtown Pittsburgh
Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Toilet seats are chipped, scratched, and ten years past their replacement date. Why any respectable company would allow these to remain in there stores harboring bacteria and disease is mind boggling to me. There is no acceptable excuse as to why a white toilet seat should still be in a bathroom stained brown.
